Exchange & Returns Policy

Exchange Policy

Our exchange policy is valid for 7 days from the date you receive your purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot process exchanges beyond this period.

Eligibility for Exchange

  • Exchanges are only available for shoes purchased from our online store.

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • An original invoice or proof of purchase is required.

  • Gift cards are non-returnable.

  • Umzee Shoetique reserves the right to determine if a returned product is in sellable condition.

How to Exchange

  1. Email your order number and exchange request to info@umzeeshoetique.co.za.

  2. Courier the item to:

    26 Earlston Street, Kosmosdal, Centurion, GP, 0157, South Africa
    .

  3. Please note:

    • Return shipping costs and reshipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.

    • Use a traceable courier service, as returned parcels remain the customer’s responsibility until received by Umzee Shoetique.

    • If the exchange is due to an error on our part, we will cover all associated costs.

Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Sale items cannot be exchanged.

  • Refunds are not offered under any circumstances.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you received a defective or damaged product:

  • We will gladly exchange it for the same item.

  • Contact us via hello@umzee.co.za with your order number and photos of the defect.

Shipping & Warranty

  • Items under warranty may require assessment or repair before an exchange is approved.

  • Shipping times for exchanged items may vary depending on your location.
