Exchange Policy

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
There is one return options available, to exchange your shoes. You can only courier back to our online store.
Please remember to present your original invoice in order for us to assist with processing the exchange.
Umzee Shoetique reserves the express right to determine whether the returned product is deemed sellable. Exceptions include, but are not limited to:
* Gift cards
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
 
To complete an exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
 
Refunds
Unfortunately we do not refund any of our items.
 
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.
 
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please could you email your order number and exchange request to info@umzeeshoetique.co.za and send your item to: 26 Earlston Street, Kosmosdal, Centurion , GP, 0157 South Africa.
 
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 26 Earlston Street, Kosmosdal, Centurion , GP, 0157 South Africa.
If you return a product for exchange, then you will have to cover the cost of returning the item to us and the cost to send the new item to you. We encourage you to return your parcel via a traceable courier services as all returned parcels remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Umzee Shoetique. If the reason for the return is due to errors on Umzee Shoetique’s behalf, then we will cover the costs of exchanging the item. All returned items need to be unused and in perfect condition and in their original packaging. We cannot accept returns of damaged products, personalised or otherwise non-saleable products.
Items under warranty may be subject to assessment or repair if returned as faulty. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
